At the UK Sprayers Association (UKSA), we’re proud to say: this is an organisation built for sprayers, by sprayers.
The UKSA was born from a clear need in the spraying industry — a lack of dedicated support, training, and connection for professionals working in uPVC, joinery and kitchen spraying. It was founded by James Wildish, an industry professional and owner of XOX Coatings, who built his career through hands-on experience, innovation, and a passion for raising standards. His work in training, mentoring, and supporting sprayers across the UK helped shape the foundation and ethos of the UKSA.
But this isn’t about one person — it’s about the industry as a whole.
The UKSA exists to provide sprayers with everything they need to succeed: practical tools, proven systems, peer support, and trusted resources. Members gain access to a growing library of how-to guides, step-by-step videos, downloadable materials, supplier contacts, and business tips — all in one place.
More than just a resource hub, the UKSA is a living, evolving community. Member insights, feedback, and shared experiences actively shape the platform, keeping it real, relevant, and grounded in the day-to-day realities of the trade.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow, UKSA membership means you're never working in isolation. You’re part of a national network of professionals who understand your challenges and want to help you succeed.
This is more than an association. It’s a movement to professionalise the industry, raise standards, and support the next generation of sprayers.
