The UK Sprayers Association was proud to attend the 2026 Golden Finish Awards at Stadium MK, joining members, partners and industry friends for an incredible evening celebrating some of the very best talent in the painting, decorating and professional spraying sectors.
The awards brought together tradespeople, businesses, suppliers and industry supporters from across the UK, providing an opportunity to recognise the skill, professionalism and hard work that help move the industry forward.
After celebrating several UKSA members and partners being selected as finalists, it was fantastic to see members of the wider UKSA community receive recognition on the night.
A huge congratulations goes to Luke and the Diamond Paints team on winning Merchant of the Year. Diamond Paints is a valued UKSA partner, and the award is thoroughly deserved recognition of the team’s industry knowledge, service and continued support for professional sprayers and decorators.
We would also like to congratulate Gerry Donaghy, who enjoyed an outstanding evening by taking home two awards. Gerry’s commitment to supporting the trade, sharing honest industry experiences and helping others through his work makes his double success a fantastic achievement.
UKSA founder James Wildish was also recognised as runner-up for Mentor of the Year. This acknowledgement reflects the time and effort James continues to invest in supporting professional sprayers, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for people throughout the industry.
Although awards are an important part of the evening, events like the Golden Finish Awards are also about bringing the trade together.
The night provided a brilliant opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people and celebrate the individuals and businesses working hard to raise standards across the industry.
Seeing so many talented professionals together in one room was a powerful reminder of the skill, passion and sense of community found throughout the painting, decorating and spraying sectors.
UKSA would like to congratulate every finalist and winner recognised at the inaugural Golden Finish Awards.
Being shortlisted for an industry award is an achievement in itself and reflects the quality, dedication and professionalism demonstrated throughout the year.
We would also like to thank the Golden Finish Awards organisers for creating such a memorable evening and giving the painting and decorating industry the recognition it deserves.
It was an incredible night spent amongst some of the best in the industry, and UKSA was proud to be part of it.
