MATE was created to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where men can openly discuss mental health struggles, addiction, anxiety, business pressures, relationships, and the challenges many face in silence every day.
Built from lived experience and real conversations, the MATE community has grown into one of the UK’s most recognised online men’s mental health support networks.
